The host hotel is the Sheraton Milwaukee Brookfield Hotel, 375 South Moorland Road, Brookfield, WI 53005. Wednesday through Friday will be club tours and activities with the official car show and swap meet on Saturday, August 1 from 9 am - 3 pm. It will be located at a park at the southeast corner of Calhoun Road and North Avenue, directly north of the police and fire stations, approximately 3 miles from the hotel. In the event of rain or wet ground, it will be located at the hotel. DeSoto show cars must be registered club members and have a fire extinguisher, but spectator admission is free to everyone. A separate area is in the process of being planned directly adjacent to the official show field where designated old car parking will be for those that may wish to drive their non-DeSoto old cars.
