Schedule of Events

Wednesday, May 27th

Check-in Day, Double Tree Hotel Biltmore

12pm - 5pm Attendees arrive at the host hotel, The Double Tree Inn, Biltmore Village. Head to the hospitality room to receive your meet packet and gift bag.

7:30pm Hotel Parking Lot - Meet orientation

Thursday, May 28th

Biltmore Estate and Gardens

9am - 5pm: 300s will line up in the hotel parking lot to leave for the nearby Biltmore Estate, where we will tour the incredible historic Vanderbilt home, gardens, winery and more. 

12 - 1pm: Lunch at the Stable Cafe, private dining area

​Take the rest of the afternoon to explore the estate, dinner on your own. Review meet packet for suggested places to eat on the estate or in Asheville.

Friday, May 29th

North Carolina Arboretum, Blue Ridge Parkway and St. Lawrence Basilica

9am - Chryslers will line up to take a scenic drive along the Blue Ridge Parkway to the North Carolina Arboretum. Originally the vision of Biltmore landscape architect, Frederick Law Olmstead, the Arboretum houses lush, beautiful gardens, an educational center, cafe and experimental conservation forest. 

12pm - Lunch

1pm- Venture to downtown Asheville to visit St. Lawrence Basilica. St. Lawrence Basilica, constructed in 1905 and designed by associate Biltmore architect Raphael Guastavino is an incredible architectural of the city. This building houses one of the largest freestanding structural domes in North America. We will extend our knowledge of Biltmore further with a brief tour in the Basilica. 

​After the tour, take time to explore downtown Asheville, dinner on your own. 

Saturday, May 30th

Local Car Show and Banquet

10am - 2pm: We will be hosting a car show for our letter cars as well as any other old cars that care to join. This will be in downtown Asheville in what is known as the South Slope Neighborhood, which was originally Asheville's first "Motor Mile." Many of the historic automobile dealer buildings still line Coxe Avenue, which is now home to a business district, craft breweries and great local restaurants. 

​6pm - 9pm:

In the evening, we will host our meet banquet, to award our car show winners as well as various meet award winners. 

Sunday, May 31st

Antique Car Museum and Local History Tour

10am - 12pm

For those that have a later flight or are departing later in the day, we invite you to join us on a guided tour of the Estes-Winn Antique Car Museum and Biltmore Industries Homespun Museum Tour in Historic Grovewood Village.
