Online
reservations: Go to website https://www.osagecasino.com
and click on the hotel icon at the top. Make sure you are on the
Bartlesville location and click on “BOOK NOW”. Put in
arrival date and departure dates for your stay, then click “Have
a Promo or Group Code and enter Group Booking ID 5623280 in the Group
Code Box and push Update. The room block will open. And click the
Book Now below the rooms picture you would like to book. Fill out
guest and billing information to finish reserving room.
Cut-Off
date for reservations at group rate is 9/1/26. Rooms will be
released at that time. Please make reservations before 9/1/2026.
Reservations made after 9/1/2026 will be at the going rate for the
hotel and subject to availability.
Group
rate will be available for 2 days before meet (9/28 & 29).
Double
Queen and Standard King (Single, Double, Triple) will be $104 /night
plus tax for 9/28 to 10/1 and $140/night plus tax for 10/2 and 10/3.
Breakfast
is not included. There will be breakfast available to pay at one of
the on sight restaurants for the mornings of 10/1-10/4 only (Thursday
- Sunday).
On
sight parking at special private area for our 300s and on sight
parking for Truck/Trailer parking. All parking areas under 24 hour
security surveillance.

Wednesday
September 30:

Host hotel check-in. Pick up Meet packet at welcome desk in hotel
lobby. Dinner on you own. Parking lot time and time to catch up with
fellow attendees in hospitality designated area on second deck
overlooking pool area.
Thursday
October 1st:
- 9:30
AM. Assemble in parking lot to proceed to Woolaroc summer home of
the Frank Phillips family. Fabulous wild animal park and museum.
Learn about the life of Frank and Jane Phillips, their family and
the creation and evolution of Phillips 66.
- Lunch
at Prairie Dune Cafe at Woolaroc on your own.
- After
lunch form up and proceed to tour the Frank Phillips home 1107 SE
Cherokee Avenue #5027, Bartlesville, OK. Small group docent led
tours lasting 1.5 hours.

on your own
- Business
Meeting at host hotel ballroom area 8:00 PM for all 300 club
members.
Friday
October 2nd:

9:00 AM. Assemble in parking lot to drive to Pawhuska, Oklahoma to
visit the popular restaurant, bakery, and Mercantile general store
owned by Red Drummond aka The Pioneer Woman.

12:00 - 1:30 PM. Lunch at the Mercantile Cafe Event room.

After lunch attendees may request a ticket to proceed on their own to
tour The Drummond Ranch Lodge, the TV studio where The Pioneer Woman
cooking show is produced. Drive to the Lodge after receiving
directions. Approximately 20 minute drive.

Dinner on your own.

7:30 - 9:00 PM. LETTER CAR JEOPARDY 20th Anniversary Edition game in
host hotel banquet area. At meet check-in on Wednesday you will be
asked if you wish to participate. If so your name will be placed in a
container for drawing prior to each session of the game. Their will
be 3 contestants per session. Each session has a Single Barrel set of
categories and a Double Barrel set of categories with a Final
Jeopardy category. Cash prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd
place. There will be a total of 3 sessions. Hosted by Marnie and Rob
Kern. Open only to 300 Club members to participate as contestants.
Audience participation will be discussed. Each contestant will have a
record keeper to tally their successful responses.
*All
expenses for LETTER CAR JEOPARDY gifted and no Chrysler 300 Club
International, Inc. funds involved.
Saturday
October 3rd:
- 10:00AM to 2:00PM. Car Show at Bartlesville CDJR dealership on Route 75
as entering Bartlesville from the South. Concours judging site to be
determined if demand for judging occurs. Food vendor wagon will be
on premises of dealership for lunch on your own.
- 5:00
PM. Cash Bar social hour at Banquet room of host hotel

PM to 8:00 PM. Awards Banquet at host hotel Banquet Room

in Canandaigua, New York for the Spring 2027 Meet!
