Chrysler 300 Club International
Meet in Minnesota

July, 2019

Emails from the meet
Hello 300’ly to all!
Kudos to Randy and Sally for hosting a marvelous meet in Minnetonka, MN.! The venues of visiting Berry Cams, Entecke Machine Shop, the restoration shop and Guyer and Hudson collections, French Lake Salvage, Chanhassen Auto Plex and Car Show and exquisite banquet were over the top! The 10,000 Lakes Concours was spectacular!
Great time to be with our 300 family, going over old times and making new memories! Thanks for a swell time!
Rob and Marnie Kern
Many thanks to Sally and Randy and their daughters and friends who planned and managed such an eventful time for all of us.
I’m really happy to have been able to experience all of the 300 meet activities (see Rob’s email) and then to experience the 10,000 Lakes Concours, and remembering all the while it is a charitable event established by Randy.  So my new rugby cap (a gift from Aussie buddy Mick) is off to Randy and Sally and all of their great MN team for all their hard work.
Such a great time it was to visit and spend time with so many friends, and to make new friends, and to experience all of it.
Thanks again,
Barb and Carlton Schroeder
Thank you Randy and Sally for a great meet!
I’m sure that many others will agree with me that you not only met but exceeded expectations!
The Concours was well orchestrated in a beautiful location and most enjoyable (despite the rain).

My thanks also to Randy and Sally for pulling off a wonderful Minnesota Meet! Our Thursday visits to Berry Cam and Engelke Machine out in the countryside proved that some of the highest precision machining of cams, crankshafts and more are still 'out there.' Some Club members will be sending them some of their parts for machining. A leisurely lunch at an old-time drive-in, a couple nice car collections, a visit to an auto graveyard, admiring Randy's personal amazing Concours-level restored Mopar car collection, a morning cruise-in show at a sweet auto condo complex, our afternoon 300 Club car show and Concours judging at our host hotel, our banquet, topped off by Randy's 7th Annual 10,000 Lakes Concours d'Elegance at which Letter Cars were featured made for yet another memorable Meet.
A special thanks to my Carl Kiekhaefer-precision pit crew (well, not really that precision!) for helping fix my F's gasoline line into right carburetor leak. As always, great times were had by all visiting and sharing stories with old and new Club members. Special kudos to Lindsey Fuller and his son Michael and family for driving their 300-F and 300-E coupes from Winnipeg. Special mention to Mick Maxwell for flying in from Australia to entertain us with his tales from 'Down Under' and regional lingo - Who knew a 'Nude Car' was one with no power steering or power brakes? Thanks also to Mick who brought me an authentic Aussie boomerang, to pair up with the boomerang taillights on my F!

Thank you to all those responsible for putting together the national 300 meet in the Twin Cities, especially Randy Guyer, who has a very impressive collection indeed.  Vicki and I grew up in the Twin Cities (we’re still here) and it was great fun joining the meet even if I didn’t have my car here.
The 10,000 Lakes Concours was a very classy event and the brutes looked spectacular on the shores of Lake Minnetonka.  Yes, we did have some rain, but were not rained out, a lovely affair indeed.

Props to you, Randy ! Had a great time.
Enjoyed seeing your collection, especially that 'building find' 300C convertible. The weekend was non-stop for me, between the car collections, French Lake, hanging out in the parking lot chit-chatting and finally the Concours, I was exhausted, but in a good way.

KUDOS Randy & Sally (AND Brent and your hard-working Daughters) for a spectacular Meet and Concours! As Carl, Ron and others already said, this was a very memorable meet!
Your 'Holy Grail' C unrestored Convertible was incredible and your collection is what dreams are truly made of! Thank you so much for your and your "Crews" phenomenal hospitality. And generosity!
Keep those wheels rolling, you're an amazing 'MOPAR Ambassador!'
