For one of our club members I rebuilt a corroded WS washer pump.
In a lathe I machine off the base that gets corroded after years in washer fluid.
I then machine a new base from aluminum and epoxy it onto the nipple end.
I then epoxy paint new base and interior of the nipple end to prevent further corrosion.
